Meet our fun and friendly office manager! Kelsey has been vital to our GFO team since day one. Not only is she always enthusiastic, but she will be your biggest cheerleader throughout your entire orthodontic journey, as her goal is to help patients smile confidently!
Kelsey started her career in dentistry by obtaining her degree in dental hygiene at Indiana University. She has worked as a pediatric dental hygienist since graduating in 2011, and more recently as an orofacial myologist. Kelsey has both clinical and administrative experience, so you'll find her zipping around the office helping wherever is needed and answering any questions that patients may have. As you can see by our team culture and fun community events, her creativity is unmatched. Kelsey is a true “people person” and is able to connect with and relate to each of our patients.
In her free time Kelsey and her husband, Neil, enjoy spending as much time as possible with their three girls. On the weekends you may see “Coach Kelsey” on the soccer fields coaching her daughters’ teams or catch her and Neil cheering on their daughters in cheerleading, gymnastics, dance, and swimming during the week. They love traveling, exploring new restaurants, DIY crafts/projects, and spending time with friends and family. Kelsey looks forward to meeting you and your family and provide exceptional orthodontic care!
Erica
Lead Smile Assistant
Erica has been a dedicated member of the GFO team even before the office opened. You'll quickly find that her upbeat and positive personality is magnetic!
Having worked in the healthcare field for 7 years, she enjoys getting to know her patients and connecting with families on a personal level. She has a natural nurturing attitude, with a gift to calm and ease even the most apprehensive patients during treatment. Erica's ability to multitask yet still give attention to the smallest details makes her a top orthodontist assistant.
In Erica’s spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being outdoors. Her son keeps her very busy with his love for sports, so you'll often find her cheering him on outside of work.
Erica is eager to meet you and your family to help you have an amazing orthodontic experience!
Autumn
Smile Assistant
Autumn is all about the details, which made her the perfect addition to our team of smile perfectionists! It’s hard not to instantly connect with Autumn’s warm personality and calming nature. Starting her dental assisting journey in oral surgery, Autumn knows how to handle even the most stressful dental situations and procedures with ease and grace. Her vast dental knowledge combined with her ability to quickly master new skills makes her a huge asset to our team. Organization, checking-off to-do lists, and labeling are Autumn’s love languages and are probably why she always seems so put together!
On the weekends you can find Autumn enjoying some sort of outdoor adventure with her boyfriend, Drew. They love to travel, but have a hard time leaving their fur babies, Lily (their beloved beagle) and Ben (their snuggly cat). Autumn enjoys playing golf, hiking, and painting, but she loves being around her close-knit family the most.

Jaelyn might be the newest member to the GFO team, but she comes with years of orthodontic experience! Since 2016, Jaelyn has been assisting in the dental field and has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to orthodontics.
Her passion for helping others and her calming demeanor are just a few of the reasons she is loved by so many. She keeps the energy positive with her contagious laugh you'll hear throughout the clinic. She is looking forward to both welcoming you to the practice and helping you achieve your very best smile!
In her spare time, she loves listening to country music, attending concerts, fishing, hiking and being outdoors.
